Tarptautinė organizacija Viešoji įstaiga HUMANA PEOPLE TO PEOPLE BALTIC įkurta 1998 metų pradžioje, kaip organizacija, kuri galėtų rinkti lėšas skurstantiems pasaulio gyventojams remti. Šiai idėjai įgyvendinti buvo sukurtas dėvėtų drabužių parduotuvių tinklas, kurio pelnas skiriamas besivystančiose pasaulio šalyse Humana People to People judėjimo organizacijų vykdomiems projektams realizuoti.
Šiandien Lietuvoje veikia 53 "HUMANA" parduotuvės ir dirba daugiau kaip 600 darbuotojų. Parduotuvių veikla yra sėkminga ir viešoji įstaiga HUMANA PEOPLE TO PEOPLE BALTIC gali remti daug labai reikalingų projektų Afrikoje, Azijoje bei Lotynų Amerikoje. Responsibilities:
• Supply of necessary goods in appropriate quantities, quality and terms;
• Selection of suppliers according to demand, the price offered, the method of transport, the proposed service and other conditions of sale, contracts, preparation of accounts verification of claims under guarantees, and requests for changes to product placement, sometimes including the execution of the contract, order and registration of contracts, problems with suppliers of solutions (eg, late delivery, poor quality, etc.), cost of materials, transport and storage reduction; buy product documentation, product inventory, list management, co-operation with department stores, the required reserve balance of security, warehouse addition to considering the need for fostering co-operation with the accounting department, cash-flow testing.
• Market research and competitor analysis;
• Proposals for retail trade process optimization and operational efficiency improvements.

Reikalavimai:
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in purchase management role;
• Working experience in cloth retail would be an advantage;
• Good knowledge of modern fashion essentials;
• Fluency in English;
• Working knowledge of German or French would be an advantage;
• IT literacy;
• Excelent negotiation and cooperation skills;
• High level of self-motivation and commitment to results ;
• Honest, hard working, helpful and result orientated personality;
• Ability to work systematically, be accurate and reliable;
• Drives lisence.
